Country Wood Publishing has been in business for nearly 20 years and what a ride! I offer classes for people who live in White Rock, Langley, Surrey, Vancouver and the lower mainland. There are classes in acrylics, mixed media, collage and watercolor. I also have classes in Photoshop.

I am totally commited to doing the best job I can. This business is both a passion and an obsession and the biggest hope is that I can inspire you to discover your creative self and derive endless pleasure in your art. We are situated on the west coast of Canada in British Columbia in a little town called White Rock which is about 5 minutes from the US border. The climate here is very temperate, it hardly ever snows (thank god) but it does rain a lot!
But that just makes for great gardening, which happens to be my second most favorite thing to do.
We have two little dogs that keep us company- Rockie and Bijou (the one on the left).

These two are the only family we have at home now. All six kids are out on their own now, most with their own families.
Its great when we all get together for dinner!

Actually, when I think about it, my extended family is huge! Just think of all the kindred spirits I have met in my travels. Hopefully, I will meet you one day too! Happy Painting!
